
Well, I thought I'd follow up the incident and see what action the complaints department had taken. Guess what? I rang (Tue 6th Sept) and they told me that my complaint "hadn't been logged" so nothing as yet has been done!
As you can imagine I was furious so I asked the Npower complaints department to log my complaint 'properly' and inform me as soon as any action had been taken. I was told this would be done and I'd be contacted by letter of the result.
Npower doorstep complaints department had the chance to log my complaint and deal with it promptly, which they never did. So I've now decided to forward my complaint about Npower to EnergyWatch (the watchdog for gas and electricity consumers).
I'll post here any response I receive from Npower and EnergyWatch.
